Diesel Block Resurfacing
Hillside Machine uses the AMC2500V CBN Surfacing Machine to achieve both flatness and proper RA surface finishes according to OEM specifications. Our surfacing department is equipped to surface up to 100 inches in length. Hillside utilizes CBN , Carbide and Wet Grinding depending on surfacing requirements. Surface finish is critical multiple machining methods insure achieving the recommended RA surface finish specified by the gasket Manufacture and Engine Manufacture OEM specs.
